  • Document and track all production support incidents related to the Hospital Quality Reporting ecosystem, using JIRA and Confluence, and use this visibility to notify and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders, including Program Managers, Support Contractors, PM3 Management, ADO, Service Desk Representatives, other lines of business outside of HQR, and end users
  • I also screen all incidents for missing, or unclear, information and escalate them to the correct Program Manager for further troubleshooting
  • Follow all incidents through the totality of their life cycle, and provide regular updates to stakeholders; intervening when necessary to route the incident to the most appropriate department, to achieve the most positive outcome
  • Interface with end users and organize troubleshooting calls with developers as needed
  • Provide support for the ADO developers by sourcing answers to program specific questions as they arise, and by determining, and sourcing input and approval for different solutions that they may be considering
  • Provide Program Managers with a summary of all incidents impacting their program ahead of submission deadlines
  • Follow a SAFe DevOps/Development team and track their work across a program increment, providing assistance in any way possible, including assisting with documentation of work in JIRA/Confluence, aiding in PI planning by providing guidance and writing team objectives, raising and documenting risks as they arise, keeping an eye on blockers and escalating them to management, coordinating with parties outside of the team to provide necessary information and input, and offering solutions where appropriate, to obstacles the team may be facing
  • Maintain an up to date calendar of important dates and deployments
  • Continuously evaluate processes and provide suggestions to improve workflow, and organize meetings to discusses these potential updates, and then follow through by documenting and executing these improvements
