  • Lead technician in the distribution of over 600 thick and thin client work machines.
  • Implemented preventive maintenance strategies, resulting in a highly functional Joint Intelligence Operations Center.
  • DRMO of workstations as well as monitors and hard drives that are outdated, and in need of tech refresh.
