Contract Position
Working with all levels of Management to develop HR strategies that are compatible with Company goals. -Hiring and termination processes of local and out of state regular employees, temporary staff, and interns. -Conducting new employee orientation.
-Maintaining personnel files and previous HR files according to legal requirements
-Supporting annual review of health insurances and benefits plans
-Utilizing HRIS software
-Supporting annual review of 401k plans.
-Maintaining organizational charts.
- Processing weekly and bi- weekly payroll.
-Processing Payroll and Insurances.(Paychex and ADP) -Attending annual Job Fairs at Colleges for summer employment, internship, or full-time employment.
-Resolves employee complaints related to health and welfare plans, refers difficult or very complex complaints to HR Director as needed.
-Reviewed, investigated and corrected errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
