  • Preparing the monthly Flight Hours and Mission Capability Metrics Report for distribution amongst the 13 sites world wide
  • Working closely with the Configuration Management team to draft, edit, and carry out to completion the necessary documentation associated with aircraft changes and modifications, such as: Technical Directives (TD,) Engineering Change Proposals (ECP,) NAVAIR 4130 Configuration Control Board (CCB) Workbooks, and Implementation Notification letters
  • Preparing CCB Brief presentations to be submitted for approval by a Voting Board of approximately 5 members, with more than 15 attendees providing feedback and evaluation
  • Assisting the C-12 and C-26 Utility Lift platforms with budget analysis and the coordination of funding de-obligations and realignments at the end of the fiscal quarters
  • Coordinating with the Program Manager and representatives from each of the 13 sites to ensure the designation of an official Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) at all times whilst accounting for frequently rotating personnel
  • Adhering to and improving upon Records Management procedures to guarantee the accessibility of pertinent program documentation while also safeguarding it as necessary
