Liam Friel is a research coordinator at the Patricia A. Deuster Human Performance Laboratory (HPL), Warrior Heat and Exertion-Related Events Collaborative, and Battlefield Shock and Organ Support Group (BSOS). He serves as the HPL's manager, oversees participant recruitment, and leads the coordination of BSOS's purified exosome product clinical trial. Liam also supports the Uniformed Services University's Multidisciplinary Case Review Committee on exertion-related illnesses. He is a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT).
