Luis Ramirez

I believe I'm an empathetic and patient person. I've developed patience through my time babysitting my nephew and helping my mom throughout the years with her babysitting business. Growing up she was always babysitting someone and sometimes she would need my help. Whether that was watching them for a couple of minutes or feeding them while she was doing something else. I believe working at Sardis also strengthened my patience. Sometimes customers have been rude but I have never lashed out. I understand that people have their own things going on and they're not personally attacking me. I just find the source of the problem and find a solution. I may not have much experience professionally but I'm always eager to learn. I tend to pick things up very quickly and find the best routes to complete tasks. I get along with people very well and I don't like conflict so I'm always making sure the people around me are happy. I do well in team environments, and working at Sardis helped with that as well. Being In sync with your co-workers goes a long way, and I plan to achieve that in every workplace I end up in.
