Summary
I led a team of 4 to Install full A/V systems in a building with 30 classrooms, demonstrating effective leadership and problem solving skills despite our lack of prior knowledge in this specific A/V system. We were able to complete this project in the summer of 2022 in carter hall at the USNA. Another project that I have spearheaded was the beginning of the pandemic when we had to outfit all of the academic spaces (350+) with A/V for virtual classes with a crew of 4. These are just a few of the many projects that I have taken on in my 6 years at USNA and 4 years of being the Lead engineer in the A/V department at MSC.

- Project planning & developing for current and future needs of premier USNA spaces
- A/V Installation and execution of the wishes and needs of various USNA Faculty & staff
- Provide audio visual support for USNA events, meetings, & workshops through proper installation of displays, switchers, projectors/stands, cable runs, fast folds, control processors, wireless casting devices etc.
- Maintain & install a variety of Audio Visual systems which include Extron control systems, ceiling and wall mounted speakers, Amps, displays, projectors, projector screens etc.

- Keeping track of 2,000+ pieces of barcode equipment in a database
- Teaching others tips and tricks I have learned over the years to get things working up to standard
