Program & Project Management: Develop schedules, budgets, and quality standards for development and construction programs. Control work and costs against established budgets and expectations. Construction Management: Manage and direct project design, value engineering, and viability. Estimate and bid prime contracts and subcontracts. Establish project and contract controls. Excellent in contract administration and claims negotiations. Project Development: Locate, evaluate, and permit real estate properties including demographic and market analysis; title search, environmental assessment, zoning variances and exceptions approval; and negotiating permits. Environmental Management: Coordinate and performed testing of hazardous process material (liquids and toxic gas) delivery systems. Negotiate and execute RCRA/CERCLA environmental remedial action plans concurrent with overall program objectives. Manage legal, assessment, and remediation aspects of regulated clean ups.
