While working at Sears,  I spent approximately 2 years working in the boroughs of New York as a new Project Manager.  I learned very quickly how to navigate the local and federal jurisdictions.  I performed a 50,000 sf abatement project that had me working with the New York DEP and EPA.  I would contribute this experience to how I operate today,  this strengthened my foundation as a construction professional.
