Project: BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO – Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Location: Bucharest (remote)

• Tasks: Monitoring and provide regular day to day support for hundreds of RPA Robots of BAT Group using UiPath Orchestrator
• Analyzing issues which appear during Robot’s execution, connecting to the Virtual Machine where the robot is executed and solve the issue.
• Approving new developments of the Robots or Bug Fixes for existent ones in the Azure DevOps environments for transport from Development further to the Production.
• Prepare all the needful stuff for the Developers to pass through the UAT phase in nonproductive environment: Virtual Machine preparation, setup of the required software, creation and setup new users in orchestrator, create assets and credentials in the orchestrator, manage Storage Buckets in orchestrator.
• Maintain and do HPQC Tests for UAT of newly developed bots.
• Cooperate with Business users and different teams: RPA Development, RPA Functional Support, RPA Platform Support, RPA Architects and RPA Manager/Business Analyst to assure the best support possible and provide best solutions for issues which appear with robots during monitoring.
• Agile method of working with daily discussions with the teams of current status of the RPA Bots, the issues which were found, and solutions proposed.
• Interact with Business Users – owners of the robots when the robot was not executed as expected to find any issues

• Created Users, Roles, Privileges, Packages, Schemas as part of HANA Security and Development
