• Coordinated with DoD Program Management – Defensive Cyber Operations (PM-DCO) to develop technical specifications, form-factor, and software for next-generation DoD Deployable Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Systems (DDS) (S5M+) deployed globally with 135 cyber teams.
• Designed, deployed, and managed S1B 4G and the first large-scale WiMAX networks across 15 states, delivering advanced telecommunications infrastructure.
• Created the unprecedented "Cyber X-Games & Cyber Endeavour" event with Carnegie Mellon SEI, Stanford Research Institute (SRI), and Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), providing hands-on training and symposiums to 1,500+ military, academic, and industry experts to enhance cybersecurity collaboration and innovation.

• Developed, in coordination with, Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (CMU-SEI), ARYCBER and CYBERCOM, the first cloud-based Synthetic Training Environment (STE) and coursework specifically to training USAR cyber Soldiers, resulting in two USAR Cyber Protection Teams (CPT’s) achieving Full Operational Capability (FOC), two years ahead of schedule, a first in military history.
• Developed initiatives to support the Army strategic operation and contingency plans that integrated and synchronized Army capabilities and resources into overarching DoD strategies ensuring US/Allied freedom of action in cyberspace and denying the same to the nation's adversaries.
• Focal point in resource prioritization, policy development, and as the principal advisor to the Chief of the Army Reserve for Cyberspace Operations, Space Operations (SO), Information Operations (IO), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Information Advantage Activity (IAA) enablers in order to support the organization, manning, training and equipping
