Supervised personnel records management for approximately 180 soldiers across three companies in the 581st Troop Command. Prepared and processed personnel packets to include awards, re-enlistments, promotions, performance evaluations, separations, retirements, and entitlement issues. Supervised subordinate enlisted human resources enlisted personnel. Advocated for the wellness of soldiers in subordinate organizations, effecting a change at the national level that was implemented across the entire U.S. Army.

Served as the Human Resources Non-Commissioned Officer for multiple battalions across the state of Maryland; serving thousands of personnel over multiple years including a period of direct HR responsibility for 850 personnel. Directly executed and assisted with the planning, directing, and managing all military HR competencies. Supervised and managed the processing and tracking of all Personnel Actions, Awards, NCOERs, Promotions, Suspension of Favorable Actions, Change of Command, Award Ceremonies; responsible for timely Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting; responsible for the Accountability and readiness of all assigned personnel to include the direct supervision of one Sergeant and three Junior enlisted Soldiers.
