Until now, while working and being involved in other companies, not just the last one, "Dynatech," I have concluded that the key qualities I need are: discipline, diligence, considering the goals of my colleagues, the team, or the company, and putting in maximum effort to achieve them, qualities that I have developed and attained. Responsibilities I had within the company as an Operator (Checking Agent):
Verifying reservations against internal and general issuance rules, mainly in Apollo, Sabre, and Galileo - operational systems.
Checking the accuracy of commissions taken based on contracts.
Assess the severity of mistakes made by other departments and penalize them following established rules.
Gathering information for annual or seasonal statistics.
Adjusting information and preparing the weekly report in the database: ARC (IAR).
