- I have worked for the Benedictine School for 19 years. I enjoy working with the students I serve daily. Each student is unique in their own way and they always have a way to brighten your day.
- I have a caseload of approximately 22 students ages 16-21 that I work with daily/weekly. It is my responsibility to determine along with the student and educational team the appropriate number of vocational hours each student is needed per week. I schedule and re-schedule work station assignments, paid or volunteer on campus and out in the community. I act as a liaison between student and their entire team. I work with student behavior concerns and contribute to the development of vocational-based behavior plans. I develop and write appropriate IEP goals and objectives and ensure implementation and documentation of vocational IEP goals and objectives. I write quarterly progress reports and attend all formal and informal meetings for all students and assist with transportation and job coaching when needed. Currently I write lesson plans and teach vocational and life skill lessons
