Silver Spring

Summary

Working with kids allowed me to become more aware and adaptable in many situations. Kids are always on the move which has allowed me to use creative and critical thinking to keep them engaged and having fun, while growing in their leadership and teamwork skills. Working with elders and the marginalized has allowed me to grow in patience and communication skills. I strove to keep people happy and accommodate to their needs while being empathetic to each individuals situation.
