Under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist, I document and respond to modifications of patient’s treatment plans and manage an accurate schedule for therapists and meetings for management. I create the appropriate paperwork for the therapist to complete follow-up care, discharges, or the need for medical equipment. I serve as an observer during therapy sessions. Also, as an assistant, I’m responsible for making sure the patients have the information needed for treatment, exercises, and equipment.
