• Develop and implement a results-based monitoring and evaluation system (the dashboard) for the Emergency Program, building on projects’ Logical Framework Matrix (LogFrame)/indicators and annual work plan
• Ensure the dashboard indicators are updated monthly and pro-actively advocate that corrective measures are taken when activities, output, and outcome are off-track;
• Maintain a farmer beneficiary Database, by compiling and verifying lists provided by implementing partners;
• Design Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) questionnaires and implement PDM on a sample of farmers’ beneficiaries, prepare PDM reports
• Implement a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) to enable the tracking and addressing of complaints, and ensure an effective feedback mechanism between FAO, implementing partners, and beneficiaries

• Lead in conducting surveys or other data collection activities (observations, Focus Group Discussions, Post Distribution Monitoring, or other relevant assessments
• Data collection for PDMs (post distributing monitoring), tool development for Kobo, data cleaning, data analysis, and reports writing in alignment with the requirements of the frameworks and donors (FPI, WFP, SV, ECHO)
• Provide technical support during project M&E planning and in routine monitoring
• Provide technical support in evaluations and other assessments and research activities
• Systematically support the project teams in using M&E results and findings

• Evaluation of the small and medium enterprises that applied for funding, consulting them in alternative financing sources that are available on the market (grants and loans)
• Monitoring the grand implementation and achievement of the goal of the project goods usage and mentorship coordination of the small and medium enterprises
• Conduct end-line data collection, analyze data, and report writing

• Contribute to the maintenance of an efficient monitoring and evaluation system with constant data collection on the lending practice of participating banks to agriculture
• Analyzing the use of the financial resources according to the purpose and verifying the beneficiary's own contribution to comply with the requirements established by EIB
• Maintaining constant communication with partners of the Project: CLD, banks, Ministries, and Beneficiaries

• Support the international consultant in analysis and conclusions
• Draft report sections relate to KII findings, key indicators, portfolio data, bank SME products, and profiles
• Respond to needs for additional follow-up and information from Moldovan sources after the in-country mission, as required

• Analyzing the clients` documentation from thefinancial point of view, drawing up the forecast based on them
• Verifying the eligibility of clients according to the policies of the bank and NBM

• Reporting on the branch's activity, monitoring the work of lending experts, the eligibility analysis for granting credits to medium-sized legal clients

• Monitoring the business activity, tracking efficiency indicators
