- analyzed and evaluated the projects submitted by NGOs and local public authorities which were proposed for funding to the Foundation, or where funded by the Foundation;
- monitored the legislative changes in the field of public administration reform, transparency and accountability, decentralization; elaborated proposals for improvement of the public administration functioning;
- liaised with central authorities and other donor and international agencies; monitored the implementation of the EU-Moldova agreements; maintained relations with Brussels based NGOs and organizations from various European countries working in the field of European Integration and/or Good Governance, provided expertise to foreign partners on the aforementioned subjects;
