This leadership team set the vision, culture, and all actionable items for the Trinity. In 2010 we initiated a 5 year vision plan that would double Trinity’s revenue from 225 million dollars to 450 million, and set a net operating revenue objective of 50 million dollars, both of which Trinity will exceed in 2015 by 10-15%.
  • One of the three core components and number one on the 2015 vision plan, was the transformation of Trinity as an OTR brokerage company to a full logistics solutions provider; this was solely my responsibility to plan and execute both internally and externally
  • Trinity acquired three companies during the 2010-2015 vision cycle for the purpose of gaining their LTL pricing tariffs and customer bases. I was responsible for the operations of these locations

  • Created a Logistics Solutions Business Development team that helped produce back to back 300% increases in a new business model, with 100% retention of current customers. This was accomplished through:
  • Contracting new Logistics technology clients that produced 3.5 million dollars in contracted net revenue with an average contract life of 36 months
  • Building a 600 plus member partner base for advanced services that produced 225K in net revenue per year
  • Developed multiple technology lines of business to include TMS, WMS, and Parcel: as well as highly proficient team members that successfully led Discovery, Integration and Implementation of systems for multiple clients

Senior Vice President of Operations - Delaware Regional Service Center

  • Sr. Executive responsible for operation and direction of the largest “Regional Service Center”(RSC) in the company. When placed over this division, brokerage had fallen to 360K per month as the team faced many capacity and industry challenges. We created new business development teams and rebuilt our new business effort as well as restructuring the small team operational units. When I left this position to take on the Design Solution division, the Delaware ops team had broken 600K per month in brokerage, nearly doubling, and hit 900K in June of this year
  • Supervised 4 direct reports and 40-50 member operations team, a 5 member business development team, and two outside acquisition offices.
  • Admired and respected for negotiation skills and relationship building particularly in difficult situations, consistently providing win-win results with clients, and team members both externally and internally
