As a Group Home house manager, I run the home, do intake of new residents, coordinate in hiring and supervision of staffs, approving time sheets, draft employee schedules, do documentations and medications audit, run the home, do groceries, train staffs, make all medical appointments for our residents and take them to their medical appointments. I also do entry of all routine and PRN medications into PHS. As a house manager, I build a team spirit amongst my staffs and create an atmosphere of focus, dedication, diligence and resourcefulness amongst my staffs. I support in writing the quarterlies, ISP and SIS of our residents, working in close collaboration with their parents, support coordinators and other state holders where necessary.
