  • Reporting directly to the CDO, I guide the Community Solar side of Solar Stone Development’s business. This includes a team of Business Development Managers, Project Developers, Project Associates, and their leadership.
  • Lead the Community Solar business toward their land acquisition and project development goals.
  • Responsible for managing a team of (3) Business Developers, (3) Project Developers, and (2) Project Associates.
  • Create and Manage the P&L for all Site Acquisition, Phase 1 Project Development, and Full Development budgets for our 2024 goals in our active and upcoming community solar budgets.
  • Create and implement revised KPIs to meet our 2024/25 Revenue forecasts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between the Site Acquisition/ Origination, Project Development, and Project Finance teams.

  • Developed and originated over 140MWs of solar PPAs.
  • Identify and negotiate PILOT agreements to provide property tax abatement needed for project financing.
  • Contribute to the systemic growth of Constellation's solar portfolio through origination of new projects and prospects and mining existing customers of internal product lines. Market focus was both on Customer-sited distributed generation and Grid-Connected installations.
  • Partnered with Retail Commodity leadership to create the industry’s first Solar + Retail Supply PPA for C&I and Municipal Customers.
  • Closely monitored various State specific solar programs, such as the IPA Adjustable Block Program (IL) for project awards and finance opportunities.
  • Negotiated and Executed the First Solar PPA via ESPC Federal contract vehicle in the solar industry with NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
  • Led the Exelon/ PHI merger solar initiative from 2016-2018. Required development of at least 35MWs of solar in specific Pepco Holdings territories and market segments. I lead our team to the development of 43.5MWs across Washington DC (10MWs), Montgomery County, MD (8MWs), Prince George’s County, MD (10.5MWs), Worcester County, MD (10MWs), and Delaware (5MWs).
