All my professional career I have been working with software in Ukraine and Russian-speaking countries. During more than 20 years of work with various software I have acquired not only deep technical skills and understanding of architecture and functionality of various software products, but also acquired skills in identifying customer needs, making presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating with company executives, as well as further support of customers during and after implementation.
I am able to build long-term relationships with clients, to be for them not only a person who sells, but also a person who is able to solve their current issues and help them achieve their personal and company goals.
During my 10 years with the company, I worked my way up from project management to head of the implementation practice.
At different stages of the company's development I have been responsible for project delivery, sales of all the company's products, expansion of the product portfolio and have been involved in the development of the company's short and long term strategy.
As a project manager, I have managed projects with budgets in excess of €100,000.
At the same time I managed 5 projects with a total budget of 1,500,000 Euros.
In total, I have successfully completed more than 50 projects during my career. As a sales executive, I have been involved in deals with a budget of more than €1,000,000.
Successful deals include the retail market leaders in Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
