I work as a Tower Technician, responsible for the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of wireless communication infrastructure. My role includes climbing communication towers to install and align antennas, radios, mounts, and cabling while strictly following safety and fall-protection procedures. I perform hardware swaps, equipment upgrades, and structural modifications, ensuring all work meets engineering specifications, carrier standards, and site-specific requirements.

As a TriStrux Integrator, I bring newly installed radios online by performing system integration and commissioning. This includes running required commands and scripts to integrate radios into the network, verifying configuration parameters, and confirming proper link establishment and stability. I troubleshoot integration issues, validate that radios are fully operational and passing traffic, and ensure each site meets performance and quality standards before turnover.
