
Promoted to Chef Manager from soup station. I made soups , gravies, broths for all four hospitals under Hopkins. My goal was to take this skill and passion to enhance patient meals to great meals ! My vision currently is to currently preach Great food made with love and strict adherence to recipes. I'm still learning to get better. My major two major goals is to control food waste and learn how to do payroll.
