- During my career as an aseptic manufacturing technician I perform multiple processes to fulfill a batch records requirements. My tasks are prep, autoclaving for sterilization, compounding, filtration, filling, vial washing , capping, equipment cleaning, machine set up and machine operating. The machines that I am proficient in operating are the Groninger syringe filling machine , the bosh vial filling machine, and the Bosh vial capping machine. The Groninger syring filling machine is used under a Grade A hepa filter. The bosh vial filling machine is used in a grade B filtered room. I can set up and breakdown these machines as well. while using these machines proper aseptic technique must be performed to ensure there is no contamination of products due to the operator.After all task are completed they are documented in the batch record to ensure proper GDP practices are followed as soon as each task is performed. Such as tray counts, weight checks every 15-30 mins , and documenting any interventions.
