  • My role as an Installation Technician was to build, organize, and design commercial kitchens.
  • Primarily to install equipment that has been bought and signed off by companies.
  • As I was technically a junior installation technician due to only being 19 at the time, I learned from the senior installers.
  • As a summer intern, I conducted the duties as a regular Installation Technician.
  • Including early mornings (3-4 am), installing commercial kitchen equipment for schools/businesses/government sites, and identifying tools and their function.
  • Followed safety guidelines and wore protective gear when using power drills, circular saws, and other power tools.
  • Assisted other technicians with complex installations when necessary.
  • Maintained detailed installation records and documentation for future reference and compliance.
  • Assisted in the development of installation procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Performed job tasks while complying with company's safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Communicated with distributors to acquire necessary equipment for projects.
