Summary

Since my promotion to the role of TDC 3 in August of 2023, I have continued to develop both professionally and personally. I have found many strengths in my personal development that have lent themselves to my professional development and that can be incorporated into the role of a future leader. In the last year of my role as a TDC3, I have accomplished many things and have contributed to streamlining many new processes. I work closely with Management and IT staff in regards to further developing EMR access/use by creating EMR resource guides and continuously working through issues with current staff to help gain, regain, or maintain access. Currently, I am contributing to an EMR workgroup that is working towards functioning access for all DSC staff. In addition to my involvement with EMR Access, I helped contribute to the creation of the Tissue Following Organ Checklist in order to streamline the process of screening tissue following organ cases while upholding QA standards. My CTBS certification was obtained in October 2024 and I am currently enrolled in the PDU Leadership Series offered at Infinite Legacy and feel this has been extremely pivotal in the development of my leadership communication skills. As I continue to grow and learn as a TDC 3, I look forward to expanding these skills and more into a supervisory position.
