• Participated in a SBIR session to provide solution development for government clients revolving around artificial intelligence application to benefit existing web applications and services of the Army’s IPPS-A

Internal AI-Powered IT Chatbot

• Worked in weekly sprints and retros as part of an Agile team with the Scrum framework
• Served as a full stack developer in an Agile team to solution and develop an Internal AI-powered IT Chatbot.
• Leveraged the AskSage AI Platform alongside React + Vite and Selenium frameworks, working with Typescript and Python languages.
• Integrated multiple AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Amplify, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.

ICE O&M Additional Support

• Researched and created a demo for an Microsoft and Dynamics 365 solutions creator using the Power Apps Planner alongside senior staff and developers. Researched and tested different applications with Sharepoint lists, Microsoft Power Automate Flows, and Power Apps Canvas Apps / Model Driven Apps for a presentation to government contractors.

• Designed complete solution architecture tailored to specific end-user needs.

Power Apps and Power Automate Flows

• Worked alongside another developer in software implementation for the Hispanic National Bar Association. Provided low-code solutions to catalog approval / denials of travel cost reimbursements using Canvas Apps
• Edited and structured SharePoint lists within Microsoft Dataverse formerly known as Common Data Service
• Tested and created Microsoft Power Automate Flows to automate the approval or denial of reimbursement requests.
