• Actively selling memberships and retail products while achieving sales goals through lead generation, cold calls, and outreach
• Greeting members, giving studio tours (“HOTWORX experience”), and maximizing retention through exceptional service
• Performing cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitized and orderly studio and sauna environment
• Attending community engagement events

Create a welcoming environment while maintaining the security of campus residence halls. Duties include:

• Maintaining a safe and secure living space by checking resident IDs and managing guest access
• Responding to resident requests for information, materials, and supplies
• Providing excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors

Fulfilled online orders for customer pickup in a timely and accurate manner.
