  • Operations executive accountable for Zipcar’s business development with full P&L accountability of $90M in revenue. Functional responsibilities: Security Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, Locations Operations, Fleet Logistics, Field Marketing & Member Services.
  • Launched on-street pilot with DC Dept of Transportation, helping to expand Zipcars strategic footprint in areas with growth potential, increasing usage and membership by 2pp vs PY.
  • Negotiated and landed the largest Zipcar North America government contract with Washington DC Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS), securing over $2.5M in annual driving revenue.

  • Performed and implemented a cost reductions analysis after the acquisition of Zipcar by Avis, that reduced cost of sales over a two years period by over $5M dollars.

  • Hired to launch Miami as a new city for Zipcar. I was responsible for hiring the local team and scaling the operation throughout the state of Florida. I supported Zipcar’s field teams focused on training, Supply Chain operations, establishing Municipal relationships and scaling our business through city partnerships.
  • Started with a fleet if 18 cars and grew to a fleet of 200 within the first year of operation, while also becoming the first Market launch to be profitable in less than a year of launch
  • Scaled vehicles across 4 major cities within the State and partnered with all major Universities in Florida
  • Worked with local Governments to align and support local transportation goals while also writing RFP’s that allowed us to win major contracts with local cities
