  • As a manager at McDonald's, my role was mainly about being in charge of a group of individuals. This involved delegating tasks, ensuring that company policies are being followed and providing them with the appropriate training and ensuring that they provide the best customer service to every client during every shift, as well as doing so myself. With this role, my customer service skills improved massively, as I learned to identify needs of customers promptly and efficiently, and to correctly deal with complaints in person, as well as via email and telephone, ensuring that I provide the support required in every different situation and putting the customer's needs first. The role has also taught me valuable skills in leadership, organization, and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment, as well as problem-solving.
