I have been privileged to have an outstanding 25.5 year track record. After honorably serving the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office, in Sarasota County, Florida as a Deputy Sheriff.

In previous positions I have directed and implemented strategic initiatives that delivered results. I provided outstanding service with a proven track record of field training and investigative expertise. I have investigative civilians, criminals, and employees. I have analyzed risks to the public, and employees.

I have also possessed skills to effectively communicate written reports to my superiors. I have vast experience in researching laws, case laws, and court rulings. I have held positions where I trained new and senior employees. I have experience preparing accurate and complete reports that document processes, outcomes and findings. I am experienced in using multiple investigative tools, techniques, laws, directives and applying investigative standards, policies and procedures necessary to make a complete and competent investigative determination.
