2000 HCPS 1st Year Teacher of the Year

During the 1999-2000 School Year, My colleagues nominated me for First Year Teacher of the Year for my participation in school programs, dedication to the visual arts program, and extending visual arts opportunities to programs within our school that were not currently included in the class schedule. In the spring of 2000 I was announced as the winner.
