Collaborate with attorneys, senior accountants, and other SEC staff on interpretive guidance and regulatory matters
Assess the adequacy of financial statement presentation, including segment reporting, non-GAAP measures, and MD&A disclosures
Conduct research on emerging accounting standards and evaluate their impact on registrants’ filings
Provide recommendations to improve clarity, transparency, and compliance in financial reporting
Manage multiple filing reviews simultaneously under strict regulatory deadlines
Contribute to internal training materials and share technical knowledge with team members
