Manage Janitorial and maintenance services of 40 accounts consisting of multi floor office building, Medical facility's, and schools.

My responsibility includes but not limited to

day to day operations of hiring, training, coaching, terminating employees

Preform reviews with employees for raises and promotions

Comminate with Area manages and building supervisor to insure all duties are being completed in a timely manner to budget ratio.

Periodic walk though with tenants to ensure complete satisfaction for services provided and suggest other services we can perform at an additional cost

Bid jobs for additional services for potential new customers

Meet with owners and team for budget analyst and profit margin

• Conducted comprehensive needs assessments for clients to recommend suitable vehicles based on preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Closed sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, and completing purchase contracts,
• Negotiated purchase prices and explained sales, warranty, and optional products.
