I am a BIM CAD/REVIT technician with drawing and field experience in the US since 2016. My background is in Architectural design, primarily on Residential and tourist projects. I also developed Specifications for construction and asset maintenance or renovation. The duties included inspections, exhibiting data collection and updating records. I had worked in leading small junior team members and associated with seniors to complete design work, drawing details and production per company standards. My dedication inclines to self-initiative, target tasks completion, achieve accurate and detailed production within deadlines and under minimal supervision. Currently I am working to compliment these in IT.

• Produced Facility Management records by physically surveying property asset and buildings with accuracy and efficiency.
• Delivered exhibit drawings and data using FIMS and Archibus applications accompanied by daily progress reports.
• Achieved continuous production of construction permit drawings through effectively helping with Architectural design and details.
• Produced Virtual three dimensional models using Sketchup, Revit and rendering Applications.
