• Proofreading; Verifies subtitle assets' linguistic and functional quality. Ensures adherence to the individual client's guidelines

• Cloud-based translation software; Create timed subtitle templates for Korean-English projects. Utilize subtitle editing software to its full potential including, but not limited to timecode editing, subtitle alignment, and frame rate matching

• Coordinates QC assets; Ensured delivery of all assets before and after the launch of contents, including video, subtitle (if applicable), dubbing(if applicable) and artwork. Followed-up with launch schedules to facilitate timely quality control

• Reviews product's final presentation; Oversaw the linguistic/artistic quality of the product including its subtitle, metadata, and artwork to establish viewer attraction. Monitored margins and incorporation of various components

• Reports technical/linguistic defects; Utilized bug tracking software(JIRA) to triage and report various defects under the appropriate category and assigned it to the supervisory team to ensure timely resolution

• UI testing; Monitored various devices including desktop (mac/pc), Apple tv, PS 3&4, etc. to ensure an inviting presentation and UI

• Quality control of content's metadata; Reviewed the metadata to confirm its accuracy and suitability for the target market

• Researches local markets; Investigated the target market's resources to promote market pertinent localization. Identified any inconsistent/unauthentic localization to advocate cultural authentication
