- Run food to 100+ residents
- Delivered meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner
- Carrying finished meals and beverages from the kitchen or expediting area to the dining room and to the appropriate tables.
- Being on your feet, moving quickly through the dining space, and helping make sure residents/guests get their meals promptly
- Helping with pre-shift setups and closing side-work so the dining area is ready.
- Communicating with waitstaff to understand what needs delivered, when, and where.
- Clearing tables of dishes, glasses, and utensils after residents/guests finish.
- Setting tables: placing napkins, silverware, condiments, and making sure the table is ready for the next guest.
- Refilling water glasses, restocking serving stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.
- Keeping the dining area clean and safe, helping provide friendly, efficient service for residents and guests.
