  • Worked as a receptionist here as front desk and was the only receptionist
  • Make appointments, fax and print papers into patients documents, scan papers/ scripts and dr orders for the patient to receive and make sure it’s in the documents as well
  • Would get patients copay once they enter the office after signing in, make sure the insurance in the patient's chart is authorized and eligible with our system, make phone calls to the insurances to see eligibility with patients
  • Get patient vitals once they enter the office after their copay and check-in, making sure that i get the patient weight, height, temperature, blood pressure, oxygen levels, pulse and make notes in their charts for their reason of visit and write down their vitals in that note as well as their symptoms and go over any medications they are on as well as their allergies
  • Do all this before the doctor sees the patient so it is easier for her
  • Would clean the office at the end of the day and when I enter the office in the morning
  • Make sure the patient exam rooms are ready and clean for the doctor and the patients, would also clean up the exam rooms after each patient and spray disinfectant as well
  • Would wipe down the counters, chairs and the bathroom
  • Would also make sure there are enough tissues, and gloves for the doctor
  • Taking out the trash was the main one as well

  • At the customer service desk would deal with returns, refunds, western union send/pick up money, type numbers in for lottery/scanning lottery tickets, western union bill pay, money orders and sell tobacco items such as: cigars, cigarettes and blunts and i’d deal with phone calls at the service desk as well
  • Sometimes would hop on the cashier when busy and had a lot of good communication with customers who needed help with coupons and would deal with the self checkouts as well
  • Counting the register tills when I would close, safe would always be even at the end of the night, would lock all registers and self checkouts, as well as the safe
  • In charge of all the breaks and would be fully staffed, making sure I have enough cashiers to help
  • Would help the cashiers if they had any questions and will lead them in the right direction
  • Dealing with customers who had an issue and wanting to make a complaint
  • I would also do “food lion to-go” which was shopping online orders for customers, would have the runner phone with me upfront which is a phone for customers to call and checkout their bags when they’re outside and would deliver their groceries to their cars
  • Was a well respected and full hearted associate and learned more leadership

  • Working at Lidl was a great experience
  • Was named as the sweetest employee and customers would always ask for me
  • Cashier was mainly where I'd be placed
  • Was the fastest ringer and would be placed as anchor most of the time
  • Being anchor was a huge responsibility because I would be in charge of all the breaks for the cashiers, would call for help and more cashiers on the little radios we had, communicated very well with everyone working up front and made sure that the cashiers were all clean when i’d be closing by the end of the night, putbacks (returns and write offs were put away in the right places) and I would write down each employees name on a paper, what time they came in till what time they get off, cashier number they were assigned to and would make sure all their breaks were done
  • Earned more of my communications skills here by being anchor cashier and would always have a good time talking with customers, pointing or leading them to the direction of an item they were looking for, would help out the Spanish speaking customers, and most of all just communicated very well with everyone there
  • Leadership skills were earned here as well by being anchor cashier
  • Would sometimes work on the sales floor
  • Stocking up new items, making sure the sales floor was clean, if they needed help up front they would call my name on the radio and would lift some very heavy boxes but never broke anything

  • Working here is a great experience for me, same experience as Macy’s but a little different
  • Cashier, communicate very well with customers, build trust, clean up after each customer because of covid, I always ask “did you enjoy your shopping today?” or “ were you satisfied with our store today?”
  • Work on the sales floor in the womens department, stock up new clothes, clean up the department very well so like that customers can walk through without any mess and are satisfied with the department, make sure there are no clothes on the floor, when it’s all cleaned up I go to the fitting room to see if there is any clothes for me to put back or I look at the front end and see if their rack of clothes is full and take it to fitting room so like that they can sort it out and I help them out so like that it is more easier for them, when my department is all recovered and there are no clothes for me to stock up I go to the other departments to see if they need any help recovering, sometimes I go to the backroom and help out un box the new items that come in

  • Dot.com (Like curbside, people order online through the safeway app and I would pick out the items, scan it on the safeway phone and get it ready for the customer and they call on the dot.com office and tell us that they’re at the store and we go out and put their groceries in their trunk and sometimes they get a doordasher to go to the store and pick up their order that I picked out and deliver it to the customers house.)
