To perform customer care and support activities for an international partners such as: Contract management, service provisioning, Order fulfillment, Number portability task, Account management, SIM renewal, Payment arrangements, Database cleaning, Error handing, Change of tariff plan, Change of Ownership, Invoice duplication in IVR, Eligibility checks for various services, Dispatching activities

Analysis of international mobile telecommunications market, negotiation, implementation and management of Bilateral roaming Agreements with new and existing operators for the provision of roaming services (VOICE, GPRS, CAMEL, 3G, SMS and MMS)

Coordination and monitoring process of technical and billing Roaming tests (IREG and TADIG) for all roaming services (VOICE, GPRS, 3G, CAMEL)

Coordination of various issues as regards the organization of SMS and MMS traffic exchange, Clearing House (Financial and Data) and interconnection schemes with roaming partners.

Prepare necessary reports on Roaming activity, IOT and Discounts.

Preparing information and relevant documentation necessary for the organization and implementation of roaming services.
