The job's general purpose - contributing to the exercise of legal duties of People's Advocate and People's Advocate for Children's Rights of Republic of Moldova through monitoring and reporting by monitoring and reporting on observance of fundamental human and children's rights and freedoms.
Special mandate tasks:
a) Coordinate the monitoring process on various areas and elaborate thematic and special reports on respect for human rights and freedoms;
b) Coordinate the promoting human rights process and elaborate the content of informative materials for the promotion of human rights and freedoms;
c) Develop, coordinate and implement the human rights promotion programs, particularly information sessions, workshops, trainings etc.,
d) Identify system and systemic problems within the monitoring and complaints' investigation processes;
e) Draw up reasoned opinions, comments, informative notes, analytical reports regarding the opportunity to improve the national legal framework;
f) Identify complex cases and manage their strategic litigation processes, including before the Courts;
g) Coordinate the examination of complaints using the protection mechanism established by the Law on People's Advocate;
